I think rushing back into reconciliation is going to lower your success rate. So if you are going to give it another shot, take it slow, have fun and give it time to grow again. Truly
look forward Posted March 3, 2004 Posted March 3, 2004 Troubled15 i split up with my ex for 11 months we got back together and I guess we should have taken it alot slower anyway he was suffering from depression and hadn't addressed it so when we got back togther it kind of all came out so now we are not together.. I dont know if that helps as my case is different my point is if the love is strong between two people and they both decide to give it another go then there are good chances that it will work.. however other factors in my case depression my affect the true reconciliation.. both parties need to start on a clean slate with no issues about the past or it wont work as they cant move forward...
NEONINK Posted March 3, 2004 Posted March 3, 2004 and remember, if nothing changes, nothing changes. unless you each addressed the problems that caused the breakup to begin with, then they will only rear their ugly head again. sometimes, the lonely one will take back the other party who hasn't done their work. Just because you are lonely, doesn't mean you should accept the old. I did that, 4 times. But she never upgraded to the new improved version. And we only ended up back at square one.
