ChicaMusica Posted October 21, 2010 Posted October 21, 2010 The weird title comes from the idea that, its extremely difficult to connect 2 pencil points while closing one eye, so the two never really meet. My dilemma is this: Everytime I show interest in a guy, he doesnt really look my way. Every time a guy shows interest in me, it just so happens that I have absolutely no feelings for them. Its like the example above, never on the same wavelength. So far I have two guys who like me and I dont like them. I like two guys who have zero interest in me... Anyone else have this issue? Because its depressing

I'm starting to think that maybe there is something wrong with me, in that I only like guys who are unavailable, a "challenge" or out of reach - why do they always seem like the more intelligent/interesting ones? I've also tried to give the ones that are really keen on me a chance, but it just doesn't work. Can't force an attraction.

It's a good thing I am happy by myself, but I wonder if I will be so happy when my kids are grown and moved away. Of course with the economic situation these days, they will become grown, but they might never move, so I will just have to wait and see.

I'm happy for him and I swear I want it to work out...so I'm trying to find someone else but nothing's coming up. And I feel horrible that 2 guys like me and I have no feelings for them. I have 2 more that are a maybe. So far I have 0 that I like. For all you people wishing you had people falling all over you, it sucks when you have no feelings towards them! >_>

I know I sound like a whiny teenager because, I'm aware I have a ton of time to do this but the fact that I'm in deep like with that guy and he feels nothing(has a probably nice awesome GF doesn't help) sucks. (I'd literally do whatever if it meant keeping a smile on his face) So I'm trying to move on. But it's incredibly hard for me to like someone, I've only had about 4 crushes in my whole life. 2 most recent and the other two back before I was 10.
