Ok im 23 and i guess my ex is 30 now last night we got in this huge fight stuff got thrown and broken and after all that i left and she called the cops. So today i try to call and figure things out with her and her mom picks up and says she not going to talk to now my girlfriend is 30 so i went to the house with cops to get my stuff what i could and i get a restreing order on me and im like wtf. my question is how do i fix this we got in fight worst then this befor and things got better but now that her mom is in her ear she just does what she saus so i dont what to do to get her back even if i can get her back please help

No idea who threw what or why one of you felt the need for protection from LAW ENFORCEMENT, however there appears to be some serious anger issues at play that are beyond the counsel and guidance most in these forums can provide.

 

I would suggest seeking counseling for yourself whether it is understanding what is affecting you or how to control your anger in heated situations, before you worry about salvaging the relationship.

 

Having a relationship argument intervened by LAW ENFORCEMENT may very well be a very serious precursor to future physical violence by one or both of you.
