luxstyle Posted October 20, 2010 Posted October 20, 2010 My boss is mid-40 british guy. He is difficult to serve. I treat him well and prepare all the stuff for his meetings. He treats me bad and shouts at me. I ignore him and don't reply his emails or his work immediately. He mads on me. But for other colleauges, even they have a big mistake, like not settle bill payment, he will not blame them. Should I find another job? Is there anything I can do to change the situation.
loyd Posted October 20, 2010 Posted October 20, 2010 Bosses and supervisors aren't from another planet... http://www.badbossology.com/i9661-c47
jean-luc sisko Posted October 20, 2010 Posted October 20, 2010 I think do one of these things: - Set up a meeting with him, and lay down clear guidelines and mutual expectations. - Should this not work, you have to find a new job.
LoveAintEverything Posted October 20, 2010 Posted October 20, 2010 You got your rights, so I think it is time to stand up for them or hit the road!
Angel1111 Posted October 21, 2010 Posted October 21, 2010 Talk to him about it first, and document it. If things don't change, talk to his direct boss or human resources about it. Just because someone is your boss doesn't mean that they have the right to be abusive. I'm a manager and if I treated employees like that, I would be fired. I'm surprised this guy gets away with that.
