irc333 Posted October 20, 2010 Posted October 20, 2010 For some reason I hear this happening a lot on my end (or maybe not), but lately, a guy I know, said his girlfriend dumped him and then ran off to marry her Highschool sweetheart. Another guy I know dated this other woman for several months, only to be dumped by her to marry some guy she knew WAY back in earlier years....some guy that was her "best friend" in the past, but then just upped and immediately married him. And for some reason, this happens rather quickly. Is this some kind of act of desperation on her part, esp. the way they take action so fast? Also, when you move "backwards" to a previous man or even get back with an ex, does that mean a person is saying, "Screw dating new people it sucks, I might as well go back with someone I'm familiar with" Anyone?
