bruno Posted March 2, 2004 Posted March 2, 2004 I am a 21 year old male, almost 6' tall and about 185 pounds. Just tonight my Dad looked at me and said did you grow? Both he and my mother say I recently got taller, as well as my girlfriend a few days ago. Is it possible to continue to grow even at age 21? Another thing is that my skin is still VERY oily and I have constant acne, it hasn't cleared up much at all and it may even be worse then when I was 17 or 18. Is it possible to still be going through puberty?

Actually, due to you still having acne problems which don't seem to be clearing up, you may want to see a doctor to make sure your harmones are in balance. Any number of factors could be throwing this off. I'm not sure when growth spurts quit.
