Is it possible like, if I go there when I'm a regular there on the weekends? I honestly don't have any friends to hang out with ont he weekends in the evening/late night hours doing fun stuff

I think its possible, if you go to the bar with an open mind and are open to the idea that you mind end up enjoying a drink alone. You can't really force friendships in a bar IMO, but chatter does tend to happen, and you can just take it from there.
