I was wondering, how many here been to a party, like with the holidays

coming especially, some of your friends are hosting parties, and of

course the people you meet there are friends of those host, or the

friends of the friends of the Host (and so on down the line).

And you get to mingling and such, and there's some ladies (or men in

the ladies cases) that you chat with, get to know a little as your

mingling.

Then you go home, the hosts' friends list, and see them there, and

say, "Hey, this is<name>, it was nice chatting with you at the party."

This is happening more and more frequently with some of the people

know as a means to touch base with the members of the opposite sex at

a party.

Any of you guys or ladies do this? I finding this to be a great way

to get in touch with people that you might've missed when you left the

party

Sometimes someone will friend me after a party. I usually welcome them as a new Facebook friend. I don't ever think the intentions are romantic in any way. If the person had an interest in me, they'd take my phone number.

Been there, done that, had it done to me, etc.

I think it's fine, but it might just be because that's the age group I'm in where I'm used to FB and FB stalking etc.

Well, one time I actually got a photo taken with me and a woman at some group event....and she used her camera to take the picture, and she says that she'll tag me on her FB, and I said that I'd need to get her name so I could friend her on FB....so that's antoher way to do it I guess.

Remember, you can always remove someone from your friend list ... you can always refuse someone's friend request ...
