Me and my girlfriend of 9 months Im 23 shes 20 had plans last night to meet her best friend and boyfriend that she hadn't seen in months so she was really excited to meet her. Where we were meeting was an hour away so I of course was gonna drive but at some point before we left I lost my wallet. We couldn't go until we found my wallet because she wouldn't have enough money for both tickets. So we never found it and we ended up having to cancel which really disappointed her. Then she just went home after that she was supposed to stay the night. So when she got home she started texting me how pissed she was and that she doesn't want to be with me because I ruin everything for her and that were done and doesnt ever wanna see me again. Then she tells me she loves me and told me she was bummed that she wasnt in my bed right now. Well i was exhausted because I was up for work at 6 that day and she texted this 30 mins after our initial conversation so I ended up passing out. So when i didnt respond she sent me a text saying apparently whatever your doing is more important then fixing things with me, were done have fun with whatever other girl your with dont call or text. I literally just woke up and read these texts and of course I texted her back and left a voicemail apologizing for messing up tonight and passing out on her and that I love her with everything and will always be loyal to her. I dont want our relationship to end because of this she means everything to me.

I would have told her fine and watched her come running back. Tell her you already apologized and you can't change the past. End of story. If she can't deal with it .... her problem. If you got a flat tire on the way would that have made her as angry too? Tell her you'll make it up to her, but don't be a pussy.
EricaH329 Posted October 16, 2010 Posted October 16, 2010 Whoa, slow down a bit. This has 'unhealthy' written all over it. You obviously didn't intentionally lose your wallet. I can understand her disappointment, but to take it that far?? It's absurd. Is she always like this? You didn't do anything wrong. You shouldn't have to chase after someone who clearly will break up with you over something as simple as this. If she is always like this, I highly suggest re-considering this relationship. I'm sorry you have to go through this. That's not fair.
