The world is the way it is for a reason... you have to do equal work. In my industry women who work hard make MORE than most the men. Of course there are always union jobs... as long as we can keep bailing them out... :laugh: The glass ceiling only exists at the very very top.

I don't want this to be a threadjack, but most people get paid a combination of what they are worth, and what they are willing to accept regardless of gender. As to the overall Friday Joke.... it's pretty funny.
