Chloe Chandler Posted October 12, 2010 Posted October 12, 2010 Okay, kind of silly but freaking out a little. This guy that I have been interested in for about 4 months (but we just remained friends because he was dating someone at the time), and I finally spent time together two nights ago. He stopped dating the other girl a couple months ago and he came over to visit me. We're both a bit shy but we seemed so comfortable around each other, probably due to our existing friendship. He kissed me and we cuddled for hours. He said (while blushing) that he had been waiting to do that for so long and he was really happy he came to see me. He seemed like he completely liked me and is interested. He even suggested me coming over the next day to spend the day with him, I couldn't though since I had a friend visiting. When he left he gave me a kiss and said he would call me later. He left to go out of town today and I texted him to have a safe and fun time, and that I had a great time hanging out with him the other night. He replied with Thanks! Me too. I think I'm going to wait now and see if he calls me when he's back in town. I'm just wondering if that reply seems like he's not interested but felt the need to provide some back story for the simple question. The fact that he didn't say, I'll call you when I'm back in town or something like that is bugging me.

What else is there to analyze in that message?

What else is there to analyze in that message? Just because he didn't make the move and I had too I guess, and because he just said "me too" and didn't say I'll call you when I'm back in town to hang out, or something of that sort. Just wondering if the me too was vague. I'm probably reading too much into it and over-thinking because I really hope he wants to see me again.
