how do i react to this??

So I just got official w/this girl this week! This is like a girl most guys dream about. Today while she was at work somebody called her from a blocked # trying to sabotage our relationship. They claimed to be my "girlfriend" and told her that I don't care about her and am using her. So my real g/f goes well I want to ask u a couple of questions. The girl says I'm not answering anything and hangs up.

Now my gf calls me up and tells me this story and asks me to be honest if I'm seeing any body. I tell her no. I am 99% sure its not any past ex of mine. I haven't been in a relationship since june and I no longer speak to that ex. In between her and this new girl I've dated quite a few women but haven't seen any of them since I started talking to this new girl last month so its impossible anyone went through my phone to get her # b/c I stopped talking to every1 when we started talking.

So yesterday she was telling this girl she went to college about me. And the girl told her she is moving to fast and how she needs to make me chase her and how she should play games with me. She told her to becareful. Mind u this girl is single and miserable. So we came to the conclusion it was her. She called her and of course the girl denied it but she said she was acting funny.

Do u think it was her friend from college? Do think my gf made this up and was testing me? I m feeling very uncomfortable and angry about this bc I can't tell if she fully believes me! What the heck do I do?

and of course it couldn't be your GF making it up to fish some kind of "commitment" or "re-assurance" from you, right? I mean, is that something that is beneath her?

 

If you have eliminated her-you will just have to tell her, either she believes you or she doesn't and if not...what are you willing to do? Does she want you now to "prove" yourself to her? if not...give it a rest. Trust that you have chosen a decent human being as your gf and nurture your relationship with her. Good luck!

Ignore it. You don't know or care who it was that made the call in the first has place, assuming someone actually made the call and she's not making it up. If it's someone trying to cause problems, rise above it and carry on living your life. If it's this girl playing games with you, don't get suckered in to stooping to her level.

 

Be a mature and confident guy who has nothing to fear.

 

Note also that if your girlfriend starts getting 'funny' about it, that is her problem and not yours. You've done nothing.

Like said above, you don't know who could have made the call and what it is about. There isn't much to do with this one but look her into the eyes and tell her that you don't know what that is all about. Don't sway much from that path or get overly defensive. Don't say too much on this one.

 

The photo problem in your other post, say quite a bit more. That one just can justifiably cause suspicion.
