denise_xo Posted October 10, 2010 Posted October 10, 2010 I've just come out of a longish period of heavy work load and am worried I've pushed it a bit far this time. Physically, I feel like a truck drove over me and mentally I'm pretty drained. My strategy is to get back into physical exercise, eat healthy/regularly,increasing social time, get sufficient sleep and meditate. I'm taking some extra vitamins, too. Any other advice for recovery?
Surrealist Posted October 13, 2010 Posted October 13, 2010 No I think you're dong a pretty good job of it going by your post. The only other thing I can suggest is ensure you minimise daily stresses which you're probably aware of.
