Personally, I think the rankings on that site are grossly exaggerated. Most people I click 6 or 7 on show up in the 9's. I just went on there to make sure my memory was accurate, and a very unattractive (objectively) person popped up, and had a score of 8.9. I wouldn't be surprised if there's a lot of altruistic people out there who are ranking everyone high just because clearly you're seeking a self-esteem boost if you post your picture on there.
