Stressed Out when coping, what do you do?

I think I'm almost out of the fog (crawled back in again for now since she re-added me to FB...no idea why, haven't talked to her), I've been going to the gym almost religiously, and honestly it's been the best thing for my recovery process. There are some days when I can't get to the gym, and all this pent up energy starts to build up and I start thinking about the relationship again...what do you guys/girls find - besides the gym - is a good way to get rid of that sick/anxious/pensive feeling when it starts to creep up again? Ugh. Need another girl...

Another girl definitely helps :)

 

But always remind yourself that even though you miss her, for whatever the reason she doesn't want you anymore. No matter how much we miss the other person and want to get back in the comfort zone of being together, remind yourself that they don't truly love you and you shouldn't lower yourself to pine for someone like that.
