It seems an aticle like this comes out once a week its now not just a myth anymore or paranoid short guys whining for no reason

 

Being tall these articles makes me feel like im soemthing special for having height:laugh:

You guys aren't whining for no reason, but I think the point is that short+whiny is even less attractive than just short. Now I'm gonna go back to eating my diet yogurt, k? ;)

Sooooooooo, you make a thread to rub it in shorter guys faces? Why even do that when people can't control their height? Just seems like you're trying kinda hard to prove a point.

I agree.

 

Play your best with the cards you are dealt. Granted, I'm 6'2'' so I haven't had issues with height, so I can't speak from experience. And I can see where guys can get a complex from their height because it is 100% out of one's control. Unlike a persons weight, which is the primary criteria that guides a females desireablilty to men.

I always felt it was condescending when short guys complaining were just dismissed about therye complaints as crazy but as you said people have to deal with the hands they were dealt..

 

But height in Males is by far the #1 biggest dealbraker in the dating world for whatever reason..

 

I know tosn of Men who like skinny women,women with some meat fat women redheads etc but Male height seems to be the closest thing you have to a universally attractive or non attractive trait to a certain gender..

 

The only question i have for women is if a guy is just a little on the short side has a great face and body does he still disgust you? Does he look like he has horns on his head if hes not tall?

 

I respect peoples preferences i just always wondered how a guy can magically go from otherwise attractive to ugly off being a few less inches off the ground..

One myth thats been destroyed that women cosntnatly push down our throats especially on here is how more superfiical and visual guys are then women when women seem to be even moreso

 

Men seem to be more willing to bend on certain physical preferences where these are REQUEIREMNTS for women

 

I dont want to hear whining on how theres no good Men left anymore when you automatically dismiss more then half the male population off the bat with your height requierements

 

Gotta love American princesses

If you short guys stopped whining and lowered your standards you could get some of the plain janes who tall guys ignore.

Not sure what the consensus is on the most attractive height, but as long as the guy is taller than me (5"1), that's good enough for me.

And I've seen women who weren't attractive reject a guy due to height. So, a shorter guy changing his standards means nothing. And that's a dumb suggestion, anyway. Being tall doesn't guarantee anything.

...and that bears on the ability of rich, powerful men in glamour industries to attract women despite height how exactly?

 

Perhaps the short guys who bemoan women's height preferences should just become rich and powerful in a glamour industry to get a girl?

Nor should it but doesnt it alarm or puzzle you how important height is to women above almost any other trait?

It doesn't puzzle me because I get it. It doesn't bother me because I know that there are plenty of women out there.

 

Women (generally speaking) like to feel protected and they don't feel as protected by someone who is shorter than themselves.

I ain't gonna lie, when I was rejected solely based on my height, it hurted like hell. It just made me feel like I didn't have what it took to be worthy. The more that I look at things, tho, the more I'm glad I've changed my mindset regarding my height difficulties.
