After finally letting ex go after 3 years because I was seriously unhappy, it's been a month since we have spoken, although she hit me up last Thursday because her friend told her I had discover she went back to er ex Boyfriend and had sex with him. It bruise my ego, I wasn't thinking about her etcc until I found that out. I ignore her text because I'm fully aware is just for her to explain her actions, when there's nothing to explain. I'm working on fixing my ego again and not give the situation much thought. Is like I want her back for all the wrong reasons and I want her to contact me

What matters is YOU and not her, having contact with her explaining her stupid reasons for being a slut will do you no good so you were right to ignore her, dont let her go THROW HER AWAY !!!!

I'm sure I read another one of your threads detailing the same sort of question. In that thread I think you said you only wanted her back because she's with him. If you did the dumping because you were unhappy, you made your decision, you could move on and it could effect her ego but the point is you shouldn't care about the effects it has on her as you should be indifferent. Same thing should apply should she move on it shouldn't have effected you because the relationship should have ended on indifference.

 

I don't believe a relationship should end based on unhappiness. You should have had communication honestly explaining why you are unhappy be willing to work things out. If you gave a go and still unhappy then split. Her being with someone else should then have the reaction good she can be some one else's problems. It sounds like you are a dumper carrying the traits/ feelings of a dumpee.
