Leaving the music off because every song make me cry. 2.Loss of appetite. 3.Binge eating for comfort. 4.calling my ex several times a day. 5.Text messaging and emailing constantly. 6.constantly checking my email and voice mail to see if she called me. 7.Not going out because i was afraid to miss her call. 8.Thinking non-stop about whey she REALLY left me. 9.Feeling massively depressed. 10.Feeling urges to spy on her. May be all heart broker feel the same.
Trovador Posted October 4, 2010 Posted October 4, 2010 Unable to do your regular stuff? Dreaming of her constantly? Crying? Well, let me tell you that I read your other thread, the long one... Of course losing a lover it's painful, but I think you are going overboard... I, for one, didn´t cry or stop listening to music or lost any meal... I'm not trying to make myself superior in any instance, I'm just saying that your reaction seems overblown... Come on, they were pretty girls and all that, but they were humans, and in my case, my ex was as xitchy as a woman can get... probably, by now I'd got bored with her and would be looking for ways to break up easily... probably... In any case, go on with living, man... you are young and the world is waiting for you to conquer it...
Ajax Posted October 4, 2010 Posted October 4, 2010 Everyone deals with loss a bit differently. There are common things that everyone experiences, but some things are different. Some people eat to deal with stress. Others like myself lose our appetite. Many of us also have dreams about our exes. It's normal. i don't think you're going overboard. You loved her and now you're grieving. I don't know how long it will hurt. That's different for everyone too. Just hang in there.
Trovador Posted October 4, 2010 Posted October 4, 2010 Of course, to each his own... but making a list with all the **** you are suffering now seems to me out of proportion and a bit masochistic if I have my say... Not to make fun of you, dear OP, but I thought this was a sarcastical post... Now, why don't you make a list with the things you are going to do to overcome this pain and improve the state you are in now? Take care...
