I was doing so well now feel like crap!

Hey guys,

 

I need some tips on moving on. I have been broken up two months now she left me in the nicest possible way and we had been together for just over a year, we had been having problems for the last four months and we really tried to make it work but sadly she didnt see a future in us so thought it best to end it rather than drag it out.

 

Anyway I was doing well, I was sad had cried a bit but was getting and we are trying the friends thing but teh other week I found out she had been on a few dates (she told me because she thought I knew long story but its in another of my posts if you want to read it) and well I want her to be happy and find someone who is suited to her better as I know I will as well but still it knocked me back heaps and now I feel crap and kinda feel like all the hard work I have done to get to this point has gone, I work out all the time and its not helping :(

 

Any tips?

Stop the trying to be friends things for now, if ever. This is why NC is suggest; it is not to make the other interested, not to to be mean, it is simple to keep from re-hurting yourself when they move on.

 

Find a couple new hobbies to get interested in, hit the gym and get it shape, and then do something that is not like you. Just put some real effort in being a better you and keeping the focus on your life. Do not forget to hang with friend and family to remind you how great of a person you are.

 

It will get better.
