I work for a huge telephone company in Canada and we have 1000's of agents yet I got her call today. I literally answered the call and got her # and was like wow that voice and # sounds familiar. I bring up the account and i'm like just silent and i go uhhhh I'm going to have to transfer you............... so I get another agent and she hung up on me, lol. What are the freaking chances? I'm trying my best to do no contact and that happens to me. Ugh. Is that considered breaking no contact? lol

I definitely got a lump in my throat when I knew it was her and it totally shook me during the call and took me a couple seconds to collect myself but I think I'm ok now. You kind of wonder if the world is trying to force us back together or something but I can't see it, we're way too different people. She wanted to be friends right after the break up and went with the I miss you's and still care about you BS but I stood my ground and said no. Not going to happen until I'm ready if ever. Funny! Did you accidentally delete her account too? HA! hahahha, Yeah really eh? We have to bring up accounts in 2 different systems. Our first system that we bring them up in really means nothing and it's just to see if they have validated information for their account. The second system is where you could have some fun but as soon as I seen it was her I didn't even bother bringing it up cause I didn't want my name being on her account at all. Safer for me if she ever tried to blame something on me, lol That's a freakin crazy story!!! LOL. I don't think you broke NC. But she did! LOL. One point for you! hahahahha, she definitely did. She's very pissy with me that I won't be friends with her but oh well. I can't just ignore my feelings. Just the silence when she realized it was me than hung up was too priceless. lol. She was probably thinking the same thing I was. What are the chances.

My bet is she found a way to prenetrate the call center through a mutual friend or other method you spoke about and either uncovered or already knew your ACD extsion so she could be transferred. Seriously...the chances of her ending up on your position and then hanging up when you offer to transfer to another agent simply "smells like a plan on her part".
