Tell me Posted February 25, 2004 Posted February 25, 2004 I am a little confused here. When school started a couple months ago i met this girl. I mean as soon as she introduced herself in the class i felt a connection to her, it was i guess you call love at first site. We have common goals aspirations and want to do the same majors, i mean we really have alot in common. The thing is though i went steady with her for 4 months. During which her parents were a way most of the time. She said we could not go out until they came. So i said i will wait, i have waited this long to meet someone, what is a month or two. Well her faher has now being here for 2 months. Things have gotten worse, they do not want me calling her and she calling me. So i said to her that this cannot be going steady and stepped things down a bit. We are now 'best friends'. The things is notmuch has changes. We can spend hour together talking and and talking and I love that because there are not many girls who i can do that with. Alot say i talk too much. The thing is she keeps telling me that she is trying to persuade the father. I do not think that it is my place to ask the father becaue if she wants to go out with me, I think that she should be the one asking. Because if she is that interested in me , i guess she would ask. But am i suppose to wait like this. She is smart and wonderfull, and i do not find other girls as nice as her. She is more complete than others. I would like to wait but i am 17 and sometimes wonder if all of this type of thinking is healthy, if not pathetic. We still kis sometimes, should i stop this. I do not know. When i talk to her about all this, it brings us closer,but then i get confused. I get easily confused. I question things alot. Anyways i would like more experienced people to give me advice. Thank-you.

Just tell him a bit about you and he might understand. Might that is. Im sure that she is interested in you if you guys have so much in common.
