WowReally Posted September 23, 2010 Posted September 23, 2010 I think I am going to take some time for myself, heal, move on and just grow from my experience as a fOW. Ive appreciated the advice but am thinking that stepping away from this board will also become part of the healing process. My best to you all!
Star_Bright Posted September 23, 2010 Posted September 23, 2010 Yay, good for you, go be happy. All the best.
Ellin Posted September 23, 2010 Posted September 23, 2010 I completely understand. Spending much time on this board would mean you'd keep focusing on your xMM and give too much of your time and energy to this problem. Moving on means concentrating on something else - anything apart from him. Wish you all the best and I hope you'll meet someone nice and available soon.
BB07 Posted September 23, 2010 Posted September 23, 2010 I wish you well and hope that you are quickly able to move on and heal.
whichwayisup Posted September 23, 2010 Posted September 23, 2010 I hope you're able to stay in NC mode and not slip. Stay strong if he contacts you and tries to woo you back as the OW. He may do that for an ego feed, to fish or just to see what's been doing with you (the whole, let's be friends crap line).. Don't fall for it. See him as your past, let yourself really grieve and begin the healing process. Good luck.
siuys Posted September 23, 2010 Posted September 23, 2010 All the best, WR. I completely agree, stepping away from this board is another step towards healing. I am thinking of doing the same, at least I already spend less time here than I used to. Take care.
