Just wanted to tell everyone my terrible story.

 

It's been 2 months since break up with my ex *he broke up with me*, supposedly he hasn't been dating anyone for 2 months, he is just going thru "serious problems in his life". He strung me along bc he was "confused" and I finally had a enough of being bounced around happy one day and sad the next so I finally went NC at exactly 2 months. I NC for 2 weeks when I got numerous amount of calls from my ex boyfriend crying and pouring his heart out. Telling me everything that any dumpee would like to hear. The dreaded words of "I WANT YOU BACK, I WANT TO TRY TO MAKE THINGS WORK" came out. I was in pure shock! He cried and begged me back and I gave in after NC for 2 weeks. This guy was not drinking by the way.

 

The next day - HE DISAPPEARED. Didn't hear from him at all only to find out the next day that "He rather leave everything as it is, doesn't want to hurt me anymore and that he cannot have a relationship right now. Goodbye"

 

At exactly 24 hours he went from I WANT YOU BACK, I WANT TO TRY to

I rather leave everything alone and not get back into the relationship.

 

Talk about disgust that this man would hurt me to this level. I don't know how a person could ever do this to someone they once love. I can never ever forgive him for what he did by playing with my heart. Yet, inside I don't know why I am having a hard time letting go after he hurt me

 

This man had me fooled. Had me break NC. and I fell in his sick game. He doesn't even realized how coldhearted that was and all he could say is "Sorry, I am going thru to much problems"

Just be glad that you're rid of someone who is that (1) batsh*t crazy and/or (2) manipulative...

What could make a person do this? Is this common for a dumper to do this to want you back one minute and change their mind in less than 24 hours? The guy was crying his heart out to me after I vanished and went NC!

 

Makes me think he came back because he wanted to "check in" to see if I moved on with someone new? But since he told me he wanted me back, I gave in and said prove it and that I miss him and blah blah blah.

 

So since I am still single, he changed his mind and said "Nevermind!" hmm.. fxcked up!

 

My own Father wants to kick his ass for fxcking with my emotions!

He's obvious emotionally, and mentally unstable. Sounds almost a little bi-polar if you ask me. I say that you continue to cut off all contact. Don't give in if he tries contacting you in another few weeks. You both need time to mend.
