I need assistance on how to discuss the issue of going from being a close friend with Philippe to taking the relationship to the next level. One week ago we celebrated Valentine's Day and I mentioned to him that I would like to exchange a few hours that we talk on the telephone (we spend on the average of 10 hours a week on the telephone (we are located in the same city) with spending some intimate time together. I even put this in writing when I gave him his gift. He said that he would get back to me and has not. How do I approach this subject again with him? Diana P.S. Philippe and have have been friends for 2 1/2 years.
sami Posted February 25, 2004 Posted February 25, 2004 try not to push it hard from your side. You may loose him as a close friend if you do. He may have some one else he may be thinking about or he may not be ready to go any further with you beyond this level. It is enough that you had mentioned it in writting. Just wait and see his reaction. Wish you good luck.
