cody19 Posted September 16, 2010 Posted September 16, 2010 Ok so for those who don't know my situation... broke up blah blah blah Got her to "consider" this a "break"... she agreed that we wouldn't talk and after about a month she would email me what she is thinking. I had sent her a package for her birthday before hand.. but it just now got there.... She sent me this on facebook (she is no longer my friend it was a message.) "hey cody, i got your package and i wanted to call but idk if you wanted that or not..... well let me know i guess. toedels. p.s. idk why but you show up on my homepage that you changed your profile picture :s eventhough we not fb friends. weirdness." I ALMOST replied right away. But I'm not going to. I've got classes... I've got work to do. But I need help. How long should I wait. What should I say? I want her to call.. but not if she doesn't still miss me or anything you know... I feel kind of in control of my emotions but I'm not sure that I truly am. I defintely WILL reply with a message.. saying that i looked and saw that her FB settings seemed to allow me to see her stuff now (i've known but i'll pretend that I just now found out.) Ok, well just let me know what you guys think I should say/do. I'll add more later but I got to get ready for my class.
Billie The Puppet Posted September 16, 2010 Posted September 16, 2010 Having experienced both a " break " is the same as a break up only a break gives you mire false hope that a break up gives you. Sometimes a break will have more communication than a break up but it allows freedom for both parties to do whatever they like with others but often only the one that cares least will act on these while the other partner " waits ". Don't fool yourself that this break means you are getting back together whether you convinced her or not to call it a break. You also shouldn't reply at all. She says she doesn't know if she should call because she doesn't know if that's what you want. If she wants to call you she will call you without considering this. Stick to NC.
