Just found out my ex has a new girl .even though I love my new boyfriend I feel sick.it's like I know that he's deffo not ever coming back (not that he would anyway)ahhhhh sucky feeling.Gave me a sleepless night :(

I don't think it's fair to your new boyfriend that you're not over your ex. I'm sorry this has happened to you and I can relate...but you really need time to heal before jumping into another relationship to numb the pain (since that's clearly not working for you anyway).
