Dr. Phil is 6’1” and weighs 220. (so he says, I'll use his figures, but I'm guessing 5 11 and a half, 235 ) His BMI is 29.0 That makes him one point away from obese. I object to overwreight or obese people writing and marketing books on how to prevent something that they themselves have.
