bolase Posted September 15, 2010 Posted September 15, 2010 (edited) I broke up with my boyfriend of 4 months because he didn't seem to care about our relationship..he always said how amazing I was, but seemed to accept it right away when I told him we should just be friends. Except I left it for a week and stopped contacting him, then I got an "I miss talking to you" message. In a moment of weakness I texted him telling him I missed him, wanted to get back together, even though he wasnt making any steps to reconcile. He said no, he would rather just try to get a friendship back before I go away next year. I miss him, but this is probably best, however I never wanted to break up with him, but he was failing to make effort or show any signs of caring even though he clung to me when he was depressed. Should I ignore him, or write back because he keeps asking me things - to go away with him (I couldnt), to go to his show, to hang out, if I need help. Why couldn't he have done that when we were together? What do you think, does he want to be with me or just want to hook up? he askedme why I wouldnt call him for sex, i told him that would be setting for less. Also he has added a girl on facebook and is raving about her and a show she is in and taking her up; he does that, adds hot girls and tries to hook up with them...up to him. He has lots of platonic girl friends and isnt exactly a player..he is not the most popular guy with girls in romatic terms. What is up? Edited September 15, 2010 by bolase
