OnlyJake Posted September 12, 2010 Posted September 12, 2010 Last night I went out or a late dinner with a girl friend, then met up with some other friends afterward in the lounge of the restaurant where we ate. The group was entirely made up of women, with one exception. One friend had had a dinner date that night, and apparently he invited himself along with her to meet us for drinks afterward. It was their first date, they met online, so not much interaction before that, and he basically invited himself to meet all her closest friends. She felt a little awkward about it, but we're all nice people, so it was whatever. He was obviously trying to impress her because he kept trying to buy all of our drinks. Later in the night he was chatting me up, turns out we're from the same state - he got into an argument with me over the geography of the state, and told me the town I'm from is a ****hole - he was vehemently shouting this point at me. (In case anyone is wondering, he was probably being defensive, because if he's honest with himself, HE is from the real ****hole of the state ) I don't think he will get a second date.
