Stupid stuff WAW's say.. it's laughable

I was talking to a fellow LS'er and we both mentioned that some time down the road we will probably chuckle at this stuff and I thought "heck I chuckle as some of the stupid Sh*t my W says now" so I figure I would start a thread on all the stupid stuff the WAW's say in that affair,MLC,WAW Fog. I'm hoping people use this thread as a means of laughing at the truly stupid stuff and not necessarily sulk about it. There is plenty of sulking in other threads. So here goes my two cents and hopefully others will have a chuckle and join in with other stupid stuff their WAW's have said in the fog. Hopefully I and people will keep them short.

 

1)When I found out the OM was my son's music teacher I told my W that my son is no longer going to lessons because I'm not going to pay him to teach my son and bang my wife. She said "But he is poor and has no money". Huh!! It took her a day to figure out how stupid it was.

 

2) When I was on a very spiritual retreat my W sent me a letter apologizing by writing "I'm sorry I found "myself" with someone else" to which my response when I got home was "So..you found out you were an adulterer and a liar, a homewrecker and a cheater". It took her about one minute to realize how stupid her letter was.

 

3) "I love you but Im not in love with you. You are a great man and I see the changes you have made. Maybe I need to lose you in order to love you " Huh??? When you lose me you WILL LOSE ME.....Duh!!!

 

I have plenty more but though others might want to add their two cents. Yes I do chuckle at these as stupid as they are. They are no longer hurtful knowing how utterly stupid WAW's can be in their words.

I felt the same way but really no amount of truth will help us, They left that's all that's needed.

 

Funny thing is as far as I know my Ex actually is doing all those things in my list by that she hasn't been with another but it could also be because she needs to keep it on the lo because her Family are all hoping she gets back with me and needs time before she can introduce a new flame. However I know she has been home by herself or at a mutual friend of ours house on weekends when we see normally would see each other so she actually could be telling the truth but the fact is she still ended a relationship. Not going to lie I am still pining but not going to stop myself living life If someone else comes along I will not hold back.

Mine never even had the balls to break up with me. She sort of became cold and distant over the summer and eventually just stopped talking to me after a small fight that she caused. After 4 yrs she did that to me. What a coward

Well I have tried to end it in our past in person and she teared etc you can't do this to me etc. I admit I was on the fence when I tried so we worked out our differences and I grew to love her more (maybe too much as he who cares least controls the relationship) When she did it to me twice once was just "space"/"break" and the other was a full break up both were on the phone and haven't seen her since. It is cowardly and all about her.
