As the weeks go by, the weight has been ticking off, bit by bit. I'm now crossing 40lbs lost.

 

I celebrate what I call "decade days", where I pass through another 10's digit on the scale. As of this morning, I have 1.6lbs to go for my next decade day.

 

I put on the blazer I bought barely a month ago - it's really big on me already.

 

How did I do it?

 

No dieting.

 

Work on emotional health.

 

Lots of exercise.

 

Separated from wife with severe eating disorder and all the crazy, bad food habits that abounded in the marital home.

 

I'm not blaming her, but the change in environment has done me tremendous good.

Congrats, I'm getting close to 220 too, I was 224 3 weeks ago when I last weighed in, I'm weighing in tomorrow and I hope I'm into the 210s, that would be awesome :bunny:
