I might as well share a bit of it, that's why were here

 

Ariel & I split, about a month ago. We were together for 2 years but it was enough for me to ask her to be mine. We always fought over the dumbest things, which led her to think it wasn't love. Didn't stop me from fighting tooth & nail for us..so one night she called it quits & left. I don't know if she's with a guy now, & I couldn't care less. I just want this to end so I can get my life back. I'm starting to miss her less,

Break up's work best for me when I do the same. I set some goals, always lose weight, and try and turn something negative into something positive for me. It could be the gym, aspirations of a better job, whatever. You kind of have to take the approach of "anything/everything" change. Meh- change is a distraction- and it's often a good distraction. It helps.

 

Talking helps too. Getting your **** out on paper has been a lifer saver for me in the past.

 

Keep talking if you feel up to it- that's what we are here for.

Good on ya mate, keep pushing forward. LS goes a long way too. It's surprising how much good advice you find on here..but I guess all of us here are "one" if you know what I mean.
