This is the second night in a row I've woke-up in the middle of the night. Yesterday I woke-up at 5a.m. And today I woke-up at 4a.m. I keep waking up and thinking he's here or that he has something to say. I'm not breaking NC. I have been ok. I still think about it, but I have basically been ok. Not ok.

I woke up super early too. I hate feeling this way.

I struggle with sleep too Lost, you are rounding the corner and on your way out of this, keep strong and the sleep will fall back to normal soon.

Your body is full on stress hormones at the moment, thats normal and expected. I can highly recommend doing 30mins-1hr of intensive exercise in the evenings to really tire yourself out. You'll be amazed at how much more sleep you'll get.
