Yesterday I woke-up at 5a.m. And today I woke-up at 4a.m. I keep waking up and thinking he's here or that he has something to say. I'm not breaking NC. I have been ok. I still think about it, but I have basically been ok. Not ok.

Div Posted September 4, 2010 Posted September 4, 2010 Your body is full on stress hormones at the moment, thats normal and expected. I can highly recommend doing 30mins-1hr of intensive exercise in the evenings to really tire yourself out. You'll be amazed at how much more sleep you'll get.
