Tips for Sleeping.

Like many of you, I've had difficulty sleeping. I have some suggestions which some of you may find helpful:

 

- Sleep with the t.v. on

- Use an alarm that has sound settings. I have one that has a 'cricket' mode. I focus on the crickets when I try and fall asleep. When I wake in the morning, my mind goes right to the crickets.

- Small fans make a substantially louder noise than a regular fan. If you put the fan on high, kind of works the same as the alarm concept.

- Have a friend call you in the morning. This was you're automatically distracted by a phone call whem you wake-up.

Put on the fan, put in your butt plug, get an orgasm, and then go have a sandwich. Works for me.
