What does it truly mean "we need to take a break?" This was mentioned from my ex boyfriend/friend last night ON THE PHONE .... grrrrrrrrrr

I interpret his words as "Let's not have any contact at all for a long time."

 

Long time = Until you forget about him and don't care anymore

 

Take a break = Break up

 

It hurts like hell, but it's better to let go and heal than to hold onto false hope.
