flyguy23 Posted August 22, 2010 Posted August 22, 2010 I don't know why today I want to break NC so badly. I know I shouldnt want to talk to this girl because she doesn't want to talk to me but I cant help it.
Meaplus3 Posted August 22, 2010 Posted August 22, 2010 Sorry your feeling this way. But.. stay strong and stick with NO Contact. In time the urges will pass. My best to you. Mea:)
Username37 Posted August 22, 2010 Posted August 22, 2010 I want to break NC too man. It's tough. But we need it. Bleh, there's a chance I might break NC tomorrow. I'm seeing the ol girl.
YellowShark Posted August 22, 2010 Posted August 22, 2010 I know how you feel. It's really tough. Been there, done that, got the t-shirt. But I heard a great analogy that I followed and here it is. If you applied for a job and didn't get it would the company appreciate you continually contacting them after-the-fact in a desperate attempt to get them to change their mind? NOPE. They would be more turned off, and you would look weak and desperate. Try to stay NC. Best of luck.
bonpaw2008 Posted August 22, 2010 Posted August 22, 2010 What Yellow said Seriously right now you are strong, and if you break NC you will look weak. And what would you even say to her? And what are you expecting to hear in return? Things are so much better when you maintain NC .... you are healing, keep it up
smk Posted August 23, 2010 Posted August 23, 2010 Fly - it isnt really about breaking NC but more about why you want to break NC? is there something in particular you want to hear or say?? like alot of people here, I have broken NC, heck I even attempted the whole "friend" and the only thing it all inevitably leads to is NOTHING, it will however wipe away all the progress that you have made so far... but i guess by now the urge has gone, be strong and NC her a**....
bboy Posted August 23, 2010 Posted August 23, 2010 Breaking No Contact is like peeing in your pants. It's becomes nice and warm for the moment - but quickly just turns uncomfortable.
