noname1 Posted August 22, 2010 Posted August 22, 2010 So my girlfriend of 9 months broke up with me just over a month ago. Long story short - She asked for space, I gave it to her and she ended breaking up with me. Said she wanted to stay in contact and be friends. Quickly learned I couldn't see or talk to her without feeling pain. About two weeks after break-up I told her I needed to break complete contact. Her immediate response was to ask for her belongings back, but said she was still a friend if I ever needed. I was angry and started an argument saying on the basis that all she cared about was herself , and requested everything of mine back. I may have been a little too unreasonable at the time, but I was hurting bad. - Now over a month and a half after she has a new boyfriend ( haven't spoke to her since our argument) , we haven't talked since then. I have tried hard to forget everything and that was the main reason I wanted to break complete contact, but I miss her like crazy, can't stand her being with someone else. I'm still very hurt over her leaving...I still love her... At the very least I want to say sorry for leaving things the way we did, good idea or not? ... any advice or perspective is appreciated
