witabix Posted August 19, 2010 Posted August 19, 2010 I haven't heard of any that work for everyone. But as a non-woman I always offered a hug, a cup of tea and "Lay down till it passes sweetheart"......... Usually got told to fork off.
laRubiaBonita Posted August 23, 2010 Posted August 23, 2010 i have heard that if you eat a saltine IN BED, before you even get up after waking that it can help, because you will have something in your stomach before even starting out in the morning.
GorillaTheater Posted August 23, 2010 Posted August 23, 2010 My wife would do something very similar, eating a piece of dry toast right off the bat in the morning. She said that helped quite a bit.
