buckeye Posted August 19, 2010 Posted August 19, 2010 My ex W finally discovered (after 3 weeks) that I "de-friended" her on facebook. She sent a message saying "You de-friended me? Ok then." I didn't respond. I had to do it because I found myself for lack of a better word, stalking her and I knew it was just causing more pain.
Gettingtired Posted August 19, 2010 Posted August 19, 2010 Good for you buddy. All done for the right reasons. The message she sent to you, if that's word for word, seems like she isn't too bothered anyway. Just looking for a reaction from you I reckon.
Don Ho Posted August 19, 2010 Posted August 19, 2010 Good for you bro! You should probably block her so you don't check out her FB. When you're "stalking" you need to take steps to prevent that behavior. You are right, you need to back WAY off. Don't worry about what she says about you blocking her or anything else. Don't respond. Make sure you delete her phone number, email, MySpace, IM and whatever else you have to remove the temptation. Good luck.

People place waaaaaaay too much value in Facebook, as if it is some yardstick to measure their self-worth - (see: your exW.) Gosh, I wonder how mankind even existed before Facebook was invented 6 years ago... HA! Don't worry about what she says about you blocking her or anything else. Don't respond. FearandLoathing Posted August 19, 2010 Posted August 19, 2010 I'm not sure why she would send a message like that, she tried so hard to sound like she didn't care Just ignore it. It's a game

Just think if you didn't have facebook you wouldn't have to deal with this crap.
