ali9878 Posted August 11, 2010 Posted August 11, 2010 My boyfriend, sort of, who cheated on me recently has been having dreams where I cheat on him, but he gets really upset. Do you think this is his guilty conscious?
LoveLace Posted August 12, 2010 Posted August 12, 2010 My boyfriend, sort of, who cheated on me recently has been having dreams where I cheat on him, but he gets really upset. Do you think this is his guilty conscious? Sounds like it. It would be good in fact if everyone who cheats had this dream after, better yet before they cheat, actually... I have known of people to cheat and then worry about their partner using this as a "pass" to do it to them...not for revenge, necessarily, just a good excuse to use an opportunity and not feel bad about it. IOW they feel bad for what they did and afraid that they deserve the same in return.. But I would have to ask, are these dreams hard enough for you that you won't do it again?
CrayonAngel Posted August 12, 2010 Posted August 12, 2010 YES! He is feeling guilty about his actions and his fears are playing out in his dreams. Every dream you have just about, tells you something about your life.
Feelin Frisky Posted August 12, 2010 Posted August 12, 2010 My boyfriend, sort of, who cheated on me recently has been having dreams where I cheat on him, but he gets really upset. Do you think this is his guilty conscious? Nah, it just sounds like he's a mixed up @ss hole.
Enchanted Girl Posted August 12, 2010 Posted August 12, 2010 I think it's related to insecurity and his fear that you'll leave him or cheat on him back. Whenever I feel insecure in general that my boyfriend doesn't like me that much, I dream about him cheating on me and me finding out and being devastated. Of course, I never cheated on him though, so it's not exactly the same thing.
You Go Girl Posted August 21, 2010 Posted August 21, 2010 His dream is reminding him that he finds it so much easier to dish it out than he would to take it.
