featherbr Posted February 14, 2004 Posted February 14, 2004 I hurt so bad right now. I've been posting about this guy I'm dating. "How much is enough thread" We had a nice dinner last night. However, he still did not making Valentine's Day plans with me. I spoke with him this morning and asked him to come over for dinner. He said he had other plans. I know he could have lied but he told me the truth. He and his ex girlfriend made plans tonight. He said he wants to end things with her, but I didn't even know anything was going on with her. He just told me today that they hang out sometimes. I hang out with my Ex sometimes, but I wouldn't have made plans with him on Valentines day. My heart just hurts so bad. Am I making this a bigger deal than it is?
UCFKevin Posted February 14, 2004 Posted February 14, 2004 Don't think so. He's going out with his ex on Valentine's Day. Doesn't sound like he's going to end whatever they have.
yes Posted February 14, 2004 Posted February 14, 2004 why don't YOU end whatever you have with your BF? i bet you'll feel better. hurry - do it before his v-day dinner. then you can start healing from this crap! -yes
Tony T Posted February 14, 2004 Posted February 14, 2004 Rule of thumb: People are ALWAYS where they prefer to be or where they have to be. If he wanted to be with you for Valentine's Day, he would be. Fact is, he's not. Finding out where you stand with this guy is the best Valentine's Day present you could get. Just how long have the two of you been dating. If not long, he may not want to spend VD with you to keep from sending a misleading message.
