DenverBachelor Posted August 8, 2010 Posted August 8, 2010 Over the next few weeks, I'm going to be adding instalments on this thread that is mainly for the guys. We're going to talk about love, relationships, breakups, what women really want and what women really need. We're going to open up everything and put it all out on the table. The first instalment will be a short one to get the ball rolling. This week's instalment -- What does Confidence mean to you? Before we begin on our trip that will make you a completely desirable man that does not put up with bull**** from women, I want you to tell me what confidence means to you? Simply give me an example of a scenario where confidence is involved and how confidence (or the lack thereof) has played into your life. Once we get a few examples, I will define confidence and show you how to increase yours 10-fold. This is completely free and the information you get from this boot camp would normally be sold by some idiot who really hasn't been through the motions. So let's begin, shall we!
Thorgs Posted August 8, 2010 Posted August 8, 2010 Great thread idea. Confidence to me is, quite frankly, the opposite of what I am right now, what I used to be. Someone who is confident is always smiling, positive, and not afraid of risk.
smk Posted August 8, 2010 Posted August 8, 2010 Standing in the lift at work going up and checking myself out in the mirror and saying " gd you are a sexy mofo and if I was a girl I would **** your brains out" I used to say that before my ex and during her and she loved it....

skydiveaddict Posted August 8, 2010 Posted August 8, 2010 Confidence is stepping out the door. Faith is knowing your chute will open. True enough. How about getting deployed and returning alive. I am confident that I will but there is faith involved in that too. Perhaps the two are intertwined
Art_Critic Posted August 8, 2010 Posted August 8, 2010 Confidence is the old bull as well as patience There’s a saying: Two bulls are on a hill looking out on a field full of 50 to 100 cows. The young bull says to the old bull, “Let’s run down there and eff one of those cows.” The old bull says, “No man, let’s walk down there and eff them all.”
Thebob Posted August 8, 2010 Posted August 8, 2010 Confidence is going in to a bar/club/day-time/work and having no fear of rejection and attempting to talk to anyone at any time not caring what others think of you or your lifestyle. The way you walk/ carry yourself/ smile/ talk/ and respecting others while rolling alpha style. Not being a push-over while being sweet enough to a girl, but being a man when you to be.
