after 7 months can finally go nc

hey everyone I can finally go nc. The last of our ties ended today. It has been 7 months since the break up. I would try to go nc but every few weeks one of our ties made us contact each other like bills, the dogs, car situations.I'm really sad though.basically we were together for 5 yrs and lived for 4. We broke up 7 months ago and she started dating someone seriously 3 months after. We went out to dinner for my bday a few days ago and I asked her if her man knew. she said yes and that she canceled plans to hang out with me and he was ok with it. I went car shopping a few days ago and it felt like old times.I know though its over now. I know I need to heal and go complete nc. It's so hard knowing she has someone. She moved on so fast and I know her feelings for him are strong. It sucks it only took 4 months.so my after 7 months my nc starts now.wish me luck everyone

You will do fine, and it is going to be so much better once you get over the first few months....she sounds like a good woman and that is the reason you are so sad, but there is someone better out there for you, now you have no distractions and can go find them!!!

thnx guys....it's so hard it feels like a fresh wound like we just broke up yesterday.All I can think about is her and how she is never coming back no matter what I do. I feel like I am never going to find someone. Ive tried for months and nothing serious had happened with other girls.I'm hella done and all I want is just to see her.
