I will NEVER stay in a relationship longer than I should have. I will NEVER chase women who clearly aren't interested. I will NEVER allow myself to open my whole heart to someone who cheated on me again. They have the power to destroy you so easily. I will NEVER take second class treatment or be second best to any woman ever again. I will STAND UP for what I know is right and I will NOT let her win me over with emotions. I will NEVER spend so much time and effort into trying to make a relationship work that was doomed to fail. And most importantly. ONE DAY I WILL LOVE AGAIN! Thank you and good day!

Boundaries are healthy and necessary in order to have a really meaningful and fruitful relationship with another. I'm in the same boat and realize that my lack of boundaries is what kept me in unhealthy situations. But it is a new day and I watch the behaviors of others closely (without getting paranoid or distrusting) so that I can examine what their contribution will be to the relationship. I like the fact that you haven't given up on love because that would be a sad state to be in. Love is real. Best wishes to you.

This Hurts Posted August 8, 2010 Posted August 8, 2010 I can agree with all of those things, but most of all (for my case), I will NEVER let a woman get away with all the sh*t I let my ex get away with. I will NEVER be walked all over that way again. Ever. I want my dignity back, for good.
