CaliGuy Posted August 5, 2010 Posted August 5, 2010 (edited) Found on PoF today... 29 year old, "semi-attractive" lady WITH child posts on her profile: "Currently in Penn. I want a submissive, financially well off man who wants a live in girlfriend. You need to pay to move me back to San Diego and be able to take care of me." Essentially what she is saying is that she wants a sugar daddy. She offers nothing in the way of a long term relationship. She's not even suggesting that she is going to stay. Merely that she wants someone to relocate her, pay for everything, shack her up and take care of her -- no strings attached. If there is one guy who is stupid enough do that, he deserves the grief that comes along with it. LOL! I know women bash men all the time (seen it myself) but this just takes the cake and proves that it's not just men who have "issues". Edited August 5, 2010 by CaliGuy
a_woman Posted August 5, 2010 Posted August 5, 2010 well by 'live in' she implies commitment. If she moves in with someone and doesn't take a job she won't have the money to leave - until she finds another fool. Most women would prefer not to be in such a vulnerable position though
torranceshipman Posted August 5, 2010 Posted August 5, 2010 I think this is code for something sexual-I presumed that was what the demands and mention of 'submissive' meant. (Ew ).
Shakz Posted August 5, 2010 Posted August 5, 2010 I find her honesty refreshing. "I'm not that hot but I'll put out. I will give you what you want, you pathetic wretch, but only so long as I can get get myself situated. Then it's see ya, wouldn't wanna be ya!" Right on. I bet she's in San Diego before the end of the month.
TaraMaiden Posted August 5, 2010 Posted August 5, 2010 we have the perfect guy here.... Anyone remember Chris250?
Mary3 Posted August 5, 2010 Posted August 5, 2010 The mention that you need to PAY for her move reeeks SCAM . She could pull this ( think about it ) with 20 men, never move to their hometowns , rake in the cash and be gone.

She could pull this ( think about it ) with 20 men, never move to their hometowns , rake in the cash and be gone. If that's true, given the cost of the move, which she could set depending on what the prospective mark might be able to spend, times 20, you're looking at a pretty nice chunk of change ($100K). Why use the shotgun approach, though. Better to find one rich sugardaddy and take him for a cool million.

And after that she has a medical emergency , a bank problem, a hospitalization and he needs to send MORE cash... Welcome to your future ATM sucubuss !

alexlakeman Posted August 5, 2010 Posted August 5, 2010 Some of those crazy posts I think are done as a joke b/c you don't see them on the premium sites (ie match, eharmony). As a matter of fact, last night on okcupid I saw a profile in which one her pics had a nipple slip in one of the pics, lol, she was wearing a sexy lace thong below. Now did she do d nipple slip as a joke to see all the men's reactions on email or was it an hones mistake (which I doubt)? Lol

New_Life08 Posted August 5, 2010 Posted August 5, 2010 Has the economy gotten so bad people are auctioning off their self-respect and pride to the highest bidder? Any man that would go for it deserves the inevitable sorrow that follows. Gee Whiz!!

The "seeking sugar daddy" profiles are all over match, maybe even a majority, but just more subtle. They don't come out and say it, but it's obvious from their profiles that's what they are online dating for.

Chinook Posted August 6, 2010 Posted August 6, 2010 I have to agree with the poster about the blunt honesty. At least she's saying what she's about. A lot don't!
O'Malley Posted August 6, 2010 Posted August 6, 2010 Isn't there an actual site for people seeking sugardaddies/mamas or sugarbabies? A few years back, I noticed an ad seeking a 'live in housekeeper, blond, twenties, preferably 5'8 or taller, for successful retiree'. Nothing like blond housework.

There is Million***e.com and SugarD*ddy.com.
zengirl Posted August 7, 2010 Posted August 7, 2010 It sounds like the female match to those creepy free-rent Craigslist ads that you see occasionally. I think it's weird and creepy, but at least she's being honest (unless it is a more complex scam).

Yeah, the rent is free alright but not really....I don't know how a stranger expects you to lay in bed with him....yuck....
alexlakeman Posted August 7, 2010 Posted August 7, 2010 What, no link? Some idiot must've complained and it's no longer there , lol
