Ugh it won't be out when I go see my boyfriend for my birthday. :( But I still might force him to go see it so we can talk about it later. It does look pretty good.

This looks like such a fun movie and I saw alot of things just in the preview that we have dealt with. Speaking of movies has anyone ever had a date night where you watch the same movie...seperately but at the same time? We were going to try this the other night but couldnt find the same movie and then I fell asleep...ugh!

pffft NY to LA. That's not long distance.:p

Drew Barrymore annoys me but aside from her that actually looks somewhat comical. The neighbor cracks me up.

BTW, has anyone seen MTv's True Life on LDRs? I thought they have a very one sided view on LDR relationships. They focused all on the trust issues and insecurities, of course. :p

I just watched it after reading your post. It's a bummer they couldn't give more background on the relationships. I'm glad they chose one that actually did "work out" so the entire MTV-watching population hopefully won't discredit LDRs. But it really doesn't matter what they think anyway.

My boyfriend and I do this once or twice a week. Netflix allows for more than one user to log into an account, so he logs into mine and we will watch a show on their streaming video. It really is a great way to break the monotony of being online.

That movie looks like a great date film. I am going to show him the trailer tonight.

Nope haven't seen it but I do love me some True Life even if it usually is somewhat stereotypical at times.

Ok so I ended up watching the True Life: I'm a Newlywed as it had one couple on there who were getting married after being in a LDR and now it's making me happy that my boyfriend and I are deciding to live together a little before we get married.

This movie looks great. =) It seems like whoever wrote it actually knew what they were talking about when it comes to LDRs. The problems seemed realistic.

And I'm also glad that Hollywood is catching onto the fact that LDRs are becoming more common as more people use the internet. It's nice that there's actually a romance movie about it.

I've done this, too, but we didn't use netflix. I didn't know if netflix allowed more than one person to log into it at a time, but now that I know, me and him can definitely start doing this. Yay.

Hey now! We are Illinois to Virginia thats like half the distance but it sure as heck is long distance enuf :p

I agree about Drew Barrymore though there is something about her like she failed acting school or something...or skipped. I like the part where he is texting and the friend is teasing him Ive been there so many times. People always say " Oh Marks thumb f@cking his girlfriend again"
