It sucks! I'm a dog behaviourist - part time, although I want to increase my work load eventually.... You know? Like Cesar Millan. Only better. MUCH better. 3 reasons: I'm cheaper - I'm here - I won't fill your home with a film crew of 17, sound recordists, directors and 17 other dogs named Daddy, Junior, Mr Big, Choo-Choo, Buster and Spike...... Oh, and I speak perfect English. And I detest Prong collars and electronic collars. And I'm shorter than he is. Which isn't easy, but it means you get more concentrated value for your money. I'm home, my partner's helping a friend (Who owns a restaurant) because the Manager's on leave and he's filling in. Trouble is, he's better than the absent Manager...Much better. But he doesn't want the job. I'm watching CSI New York... Gary Sinese...It's a repeat, but aren't they all? You seen the new BBC Mini-series, Sherlock? we caught the first episode last Sunday and it was impressive.... normally I would sleep like a log - since the break I have had difficulty sleeping and then end up waking up eveyr hour or so in a cold sweat... I just want 8 hrs of nonstop sleep... LOL... I may and try and get some free tips here - my sisters dog goes ballistic everytime she sees a 4 legged creature on telly, how do I make her stop??? BTW I am sure you also look better than Cesar Milan....LOL... I like CSI - are you watching them on fiver or ITV??? Havent seen the Serlock mini-series - is it any good??? Given that your lack of sleep is psychological as opposed to pathological - I would suggest meditation, relaxation CD's listening to positive affirmation tapes...it helped me during a difficult time... but I don't know how open you are to that. But if you'd like to try it, go to a good book-store (Waterstones, a good WHSmith,) and ask them about Relaxation /sleep-inducing CDs, motivational CDs, self-hypnosis - which is not dangerous or as sinister as it sounds.... Dog - they normally take her out of the room and till she calms down, but a few mins later she gets back to it... but its part of her loving personality that we have come to accepts (kinda like the mad moment smy ex had that I grew to love and accept)... LOL - great analagy... definately lose the goatee... LOL... I am definately i-playering it tomorrow..
