MR2U Posted July 24, 2010 Posted July 24, 2010 Don't ask your husbands opinion and then give him a rash of $hit and brimstone when he does. You won’t hear it very long with that M.O. If you’ve been married for 14 years and you don’t know what to get him or what he really wants to do there is a problem, a big friendly problem. It means that you haven’t taken the time or effort to find out what makes him tick. It means you haven’t got a friendly clue what makes him tick. If he truly doesn’t want anything that’s still a problem it means something has died completely; it means you’ve bleached him and there is nothing of the original man left and he let you because it was the only way to keep peace in the marriage. If this is the case then CONGRATULATIONS! YOU HAVE SUCCESSFULLY REFORMED HIM. There is now nothing left of the man you married. All that attracted you to him is gone. I think I’m a mixture of these two at this point.
