I am having this kind of weird open relationship with someone... the thing I was wondering is.... he texted me twice at night, and then... called me, when he already knew I was going to sleep... next day, it seemed he was very excite to see me... but next day... as he got drunk, he was feeling awful and he said if we could see each other another day,, do you get this?

First thing my now best friend did when we were getting to know each other many years ago was take me out and get drunk together. How a man handles his liquor (lack of filters) says a lot about who he is. FWIW, though I rarely do get drunk, I never call or text anyone when drinking, simply because my phone is off and I'm having a great time with those I'm with. No need to reach out to anyone else. Your 'friend' is expressing his unique style, irrespective of his gender. Enjoy
