McGrupp Posted July 17, 2010 Posted July 17, 2010 i was watching "whatever works" with larry david. and the girl (evan rachel wood) looked like my ex. i unblocked her and looked at her one pic. shes (the ex) on the red carpet in a fancy dress. it was the only pic i could see. it was bad for about 1/2 hour. felt like i was going to throw up. then i looked through all her friends to see any dude who could have a pic with her and him in it. lots of new dudes it think (but i didnt recall how many she had b4) the whole thing brought up a lot of emotions that i hadnt experienced in months. ill say if i was at 60% over it, this one pic brought me down to about 45%. i really gotta get back out there im thinking of just deleting my whole facebook.
Author McGrupp Posted July 17, 2010 Author Posted July 17, 2010 actually i dont feel that bad. maybe its the weather, or the new girl im seeing, or a lot of things. life doesnt suck anymore. but every emotion dealing with her does. so ill tell people on LS to stave away from triggers like this.

Author McGrupp Posted July 17, 2010 Author Posted July 17, 2010 there is just so much negative emotions asscoiated with her face,, that as soon as i saw it the brain probably unleashed all those bad chemical reserves that had been in remittance since about Feb. but i dont think the reserves were that great. for example i slept pretty good. and woke up feeling good. and im going to change that % from 60-45 to more like 80%-75%
